More relevant than ever, the wabi-sabi philosophy gives us something that we had long forgotten: imperfections still can provide us with such things as beauty, history and pleasure. An immaculate house no longer amuse us, now what we want to have around us are raw and natural materiais, unfinished and (im)perfect pieces. As Beyoncé would say on Pretty Hurts: “Perfection is a disease of a nation.”
