How many colors are needed to paint a make-up that is absurdly fun? All the colours of the rainbow and more. Why be sensible when you can have nonsense? 

Why stick to the rules when you can paint out of line? Concerning beauty moods, this is one that best reflects the more relaxed time of theyear: could we ever really enjoy the silly season, if we didn't go a little bit silly? Could we truly be summery without considering glitter and sparklein the equation?
