Concerning beauty moods, this is one that best reflects the more relaxed time of theyear: could we ever really enjoy the silly season, if we didn't go a little bit silly? Could we truly be summery without considering glitter and sparklein the equation? It would be a colourful stupidity if we contradicted the funny nonsense that the season demands.
