When we look at any of these pieces, we don't see a simple vase or chair, we see the reflection of an entire era. We see the seductive curves of a vase that has gone viral, we see the irreverent shapes of a chair whose imperfections we have learned to appreciate, we see the unexpected glow of an object that, before being a lamp, is a piece of art. Two decades are enough to transform elements of interior decoration into generational icons and, from this list, almost all of them have achieved the feat of being (re)known by their first name.
