What do Jane Fonda, Audrey Hepburn, Brigitte Bardot and Françoise Hardy have in common? Their unforgettable style, sure, and a beauty that remained in the books of history. However, none of that compares to their sexy, assertive and emblematic personality that turned them into the great stars that we know today. This group of icons, muses of the designer Paco Rabanne, will now be joined by a new name, a breath of fresh air to the present generation: Elle Fanning. The American actress is the face of Fame, the new woman’s eau de parfum from Paco Rabanne. Fame is the incarnation of the spirit of the stars, with bold fragrance notes, that give birth to a combination never felt before in perfumery. In this creation by Dora Baghrice, Marie Salamagne, Alberto Morillas and Fabrice Pellegrin, the extravagance of the mango merges with the sexiness of the incense but it’s the pure and delicate smell of jasmine that balances this unforgettable composition. The perfume, made in the French field of Grasse, comes with a formula composed of more than 90% of ingredients from natural origin, extracted in a sustainable way and respecting artisanal techniques of local growing. But more iconic than its fragrance, its the packaging of Fame that makes this eau de parfum become a red carpet-worthy accessory. Inspired by the innovative silhouettes and materials used by Paco Rabanne in its debut collection, Twelve Unwearable Dresses, this perfume’s aesthetic is a subversion of classical fashion codes. The using of the metal is a clear ode to the Spanish designer’s work, but it’s the little details, like the piercings that lie on its side, or the dark sunglasses, an accessory common in stars, that shape its bold personality. The new woman’s eau de parfum from Paco Rabanne is already an icon written in the stars.
