Fifty shades of velvet

On shoes, on wallets, on hats... Velvet is no longer just for dresses or for coats, but is now used everywhere - and in every possible color. The rule is simple: too much velvet is never enough.

“When in doubt, wear red.” Designer Bill Blass' advice never goes out of style. In festive seasons, when the color seems to shine even brighter, we add, “There's a shade of red for every woman.” We didn't say it, Audrey Hepburn did.

Go big or go home

We don't know if it's a coincidence, but in times of crisis, power shoulders always return. And that's just as well. How else were we going to carry the weight of the world on our shoulders with so much polish?
