The Fame Issue
The trends for October 2023.
Shaped by God
There are two types of people in the world: those who win the lottery and those who aren't born with an hourglass figure. The second group should have nothing to fear, because fashion is a science that can recreate anything. This divine silhouette is no exception. Louis Vuitton, Dolce & Gabbana and Proenza Schouler tweaked their waists for fall, playing with proportions and shades to defy the genetic lottery.
Silver screen
Our eyes light up when we see them on the big screen. The glorious, the incomparable, the coveted... metallic clothes. Or did you think we were talking about celebrities? They shine, but only when they wear the outfits that fashion has chosen them to showcase. This cold season, metallic jumps from fiction to reality, thanks to proposals from Rabanne, Alexander McQueen and Off-White.
Code yellow
Code green: yellow accessories are in vogue this fall/winter. Code yellow: after all, so are yellow garments. Code red: Nina Ricci and Carolina Herrera presented total looks in this shade. The level of panic will depend on the reader's predisposition towards the color yellow. There are those who love it, there are those who hate it, and there are those who need a little light to brighten up gray days.
