We need to begin somewhere. From a starting point that can sustain what will come.
We need to begin somewhere. From a starting point that can sustain what will come. We need to think about foundations - of a house, of a garment, of a relationship - that can be sustainable in time so that the final infrastructure - of a house, of a garment, of a relationship - can sustain the weight of a future masked by the unrealistic lightness of the present. That is why we usually start by the bottom, by the foundations that sank in the land. Because, many times, when we start somewhere, we start with the foundations - of a house, of a garment, of a relationship - that before were rising and meanwhile fell. Because, many times, when we start somewhere, we start again. Photography by Jean-Baptiste Courtier. Styling by Raphaël Nicolas de Castro.
