If there is a real saying, this is it. Patience is not everyone’s virtue and it is ever more needed these days. At a time when the world moves at the speed of light, being wise enough to know that timing is everything isn’t even a benefit, it’s a blessing.

If there is a real saying, this is it. Patience is not everyone’s virtue and it is ever more needed these days. At a time when the world moves at the speed of light, being wise enough to know that timing is everything isn’t even a benefit, it’s a blessing.

After all, it’s not by chance that you can read in the Old Testament Omnibus ora certa est et tempus suum cuilibet caepto sub caelis (there is a right time for those who know to wait). And this isn’t just a physical wait, it’s mental as well: in the freedom one finds in the ends and lowlands of our minds, one can also find the resilience to know when to chase and when to lay upon a desert of thoughts which is only ours, waiting for the harvest of fruits that don’t take long, but take their own time.
