Do you fear change so much that you need a great wardrobe to fight it? Not this time: what follows is a metaphor about conquering new beginnings when we fear a certain change in our environment.
Try to be bold by layers… one, two or three chiffon layers and suddenly we will not be drinking that caramel latte at breakfast to start opting for kombucha; another layer of cotton and leather and brocade and we decide to change our attitude; another layer of silk and we reveal a new skin ready for a new home, a new job, a new relationship. Because letting your body bear tier after tier of habits that not longer serve you, only for fear, is a thing of the past. It is time to let go of being afraid.
