Maximalism is the watchword for the hot season. It calls for a lot of color, a lot of daring looks, and very little fear of thinking outside the box. After all, it’s Spring. There is no better time to see the rules of beauty reborn.

Shine bright
Altuzarra and Givenchy brought the glow to the runway to celebrate the Spring season. The points of light reflection - such as the tip of the nose or the outer top of the cheeks - never miss out when kissed by a touch of highlight. This year, however, you’ll want shine all over your face.
Spring kiss
A symbol of romance, sensuality and purity, pink is a must-have for Spring/Summer 2023. So says Carolina Herrera, whose runway show for the hot season unveiled the trend of painting lips with the most saturated shade on the spectrum. Long live hot pink!
Garden waves
We already know about beach waves, the loose waves that reflect the look caused by dipping in the sea. For Spring, garden waves are being introduced. At their show for the hot season 2023, Lanvin and Zimmermann presented a new messy hairstyle, based on almost undone waves.
Bold beautiful brows
Eyebrows are the star of the coming season, and perhaps of all the months of 2023. Bleached, thin, glittered... Creativity is the only limit. Peter Do, Thom Browne and Andreas Kronthaler for Vivienne Westwood took this premise very seriously in their Spring/Summer presentations.
Rainbow eyes
In their presentations for the hot season, Jean Paul Gaultier Haute Couture, DSquared2 and Paul & Joe brought all the colors of the rainbow to the runway. Eyelids become true canvases when the brushes dare to go to previously unexplored corners of the eyeshadow palette.
