Extroverts of the world, unite! Although the cold weather makes an evening spent on the couch seem (even) more desirable, the glamour of a night out doesn't deserve to be tucked away in a drawer. Load up on lipstick and glitter. Call your friends to the dance floor. And embrace the eccentricity of the spooky season.

Cringy fringy

Prabal Gurung, Missoni, and Loewe took the scissors and introduced unexpected hairstyles in their Fall/Winter 2022 shows. That is how we came across the rebirth of bangs. Straight or wavy, wild or tamed, there is only one common denominator among them: their long length. Tending to bangs can be a challenge, but with the right styling and the best anti-frizz products, you just have to make sure you keep your hair out of the rain.

Cool kids club

Not being afraid to take risks is cool. Not being afraid to show a unique personality is very cool. And not being afraid to wear a bold, unexpected lipstick color is very, very cool. Blumarine and Vaquera’s shows for the cold season were a verified cool kids club, with makeup looks ranging amongst the darker shades of the color palette.

There’d better be a mirrorball

And when that mirror ball is not hanging from the ceiling, it will be reflected on our eyeshadow palette. Iris van Herpen Haute Couture, Gucci and Ambush adopted an extravagant disco mood in their Beauty looks for Fall/Winter 2022. Products with a metallic finishing were crucial in this transformation, where the eyes were embellished with both silver and gold eyeshadows, eyeliners, and accessories.
