Winners Never Quit
Elegance, luxury, performance, technology and performance. Why choose when you can have it all?
The new Range Rover Sport SV is the most powerful and dynamic Range Rover Sport ever. Its exceptional performance and dynamics are combined with Range Rover's unrivaled refinement and minimalist design. A host of new features, including the most powerful suspension system in the segment — 6D Dynamics air suspension with hydraulic linkage and roll control — and the 635 hp V8 Micro-Hybrid biturbo engine, which accelerates the SUV to 290 km/h and from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.6 seconds in the SV's new optimized Dynamic mode, give it enhanced performance. Also a world-first option, a 23-inch carbon fibre wheel, contributes to an overall weight reduction of 76 kg, minimizing unsprung mass and improving handling, acceleration and ride quality. The Brembo carbon ceramic brakes, meanwhile, are a lightweight and powerful option, a first for Range Rover, and incorporate eight-piston SV calipers for exceptional braking performance. But there are more details that make this Range Rover Sport SV a model to follow. The airflow-enhanced exterior includes a redesigned front and lower section, carbon fiber hood and unique finishes on the four exhaust tips; inside, the new Body and Soul seat incorporates the most advanced sensory audio technology on board, so passengers can feel immersed in the sound and experience its wellness benefits. During the first year of production, the new Range Rover Sport SV with SV EDITION ONE specification will be available by invitation only to selected customers.
The story of Range Rover is one of a constant search for new forms of excellence and technological innovation. Until their inception in 1970, no one thought of "jeeps", as they were then known, as luxury vehicles — they were, first and foremost, work tools. The arrival of the first Range Rover meant the application of modern design to this segment, as well as maximum comfort and sophistication. A goal that was quickly achieved, and which became the hallmark of the Range Rover, the only car to have been exhibited in the Louvre Museum in Paris as an example of modern sculpture. This luxury sports utility vehicle, where surfboards coexist harmoniously with leather travel bags, is one of the most famous vehicles on the planet. That's why, whenever a new version of this icon appears, the universe whispers in unison: yes, style pays off.
