What's next? Issue
Between bits and bytes, the future will necessarily bring (or will have to bring) time to return to the roots - almost literally.
The computer processor will have to give way to natural processes such as photosynthesis for a planet that is crying out for an urgent change in the way we live and treat it. In an age when the term “climate change” is a buzzword in its own right, it's not just the Earth that needs this change, it's human beings too. It needs the liquid tranquillity that only the sea and rivers and lakes can provide; it needs the patience that cultivated soils teach; it needs the perspective that only clean air seems to inspire. In the midst of technological advancement, moving forward is also fostering an exodus from the city, in a communion with nature that doesn't destroy the modern world, on the contrary: it saves it.
