Now and Forever, this is the name of the campaign that Sienna Miller stars in for the Italian brand Twinset. The title perfectly reflects the legacy of both Twinset and Sienna: two important names in the fashion industry that are, now and forever, references.

Sienna Miller is an icon not only in Hollywood, having starred in big hits such as Anatomy of a Scandal and Factory Girl, but also in the Fashion world, where she has an enviable resume: she has already been on the cover of British Vogue, American Vogue, Australian Vogue, and even Vogue Portugal, in 2006. Sienna is a symbol of elegance, but also of an intrinsic coolness - which is why she was nicknamed "girl of the year", a title not many people can boast of. In Twinset's new campaign, the actress unveils a little of what the behind-the-scenes of her life is, telling, through these images, stories that go beyond the red carpet, the thoughtful poses, and the glare of the lights. This collaboration is made of candid and natural moments that are part of Sienna's everyday life and that are, in fact, rare shares, since she is known for her reserved posture. There is beauty in the most mundane moments of life, and Sienna conveys it perfectly with her usual charisma. To satisfy our many curiosities about this partnership with Twinset, Vogue spoke with the leading lady of Now and Forever.

You are known for having a very low profile. Why did you decide to accept Twinset's invitation to star in this campaign?

Twinset is a brand embracing of women and femininity. It's a brand that loves women and celebrates that and so it wasn't arduous, it wasn't laborious, it was pleasant and exciting to work with these really good people. It didn't feel like work. The entire team was just warm and friendly and it just felt very easy and symbiotic and not over laborious.

The campaign shows behind-the-scenes images of what is your daily life as an actress. Was it your idea to depict this?

The mood of the campaign is natural, spontaneous, effortless beauty that is never over-the-top: they love to represent  a woman with an everyday, friendly look that is also cheeky, ready for change, upbeat, ironic, and vivacious. For this reason the new Twinset campaign is a behind-the-scenes, with pauses, hectic moments, relaxation, preparation, and expectation.

What are your favorite pieces of the collection and how would you style them?

It is hard to pick my favourite look.  I really like the double denim tailored look. I think there's something great and easy and cool about that. But there were so many different pieces that I loved, like the flower print shirt and trousers. I love being able to put on one thing and it's just an outfit to deal with. Also a little white top I'm pretty obsessed with as well.

You have been a style icon for most of your adult life. How is your relationship with fashion, trends, and clothes, these days?

My personal style shifts from day-to-day and it is mood dependent. Overall it is probably quite relaxed and informal. I like to wear a great pair of jeans with a lovely jumper and I like to accessorize around that. I struggle sometimes with what to wear for a dinner. I need to step on that side of my wardrobe. Instead, daytime casual is probably what I go to. It depends on where I go, with little twists if I'm feeling festive, like if it is Christmas, I can get quite seasonal and sparkly. For example, for Easter I always wear a straw hat. I realized I am a little bit strange in terms of dressing as I've gotten older. Basically classic.

What is the piece of clothing that you can’t live without, no matter the season or the trend? And the most valuable?

I hosted the Met Ball when I was really young and the theme of it was Anglomania. Christopher Bailey was at Burberry  and he was a great friend and he made me these little sequin dresses, one in gold and one in silver, and I could choose. I've still got both of them and remarkably can still squeeze myself into them. So every Christmas I definitely will bust out one of those.I love holding on to things and revisiting them. I think I've got the dress I first wore on my first cover of American Vogue [...]  I love the feeling that something's been with me for a while, it's nice and nostalgic.

For young girls who are reading us and who love style but really don’t know where to start when it comes to finding a look, what tips can you give them?

I’m a big shoe person. Shoes would really reflect my mood more than anything else, but they don't often say that. So, I'll know what kind of shoe mood I'm in and probably build around that.
