Moments of change should be celebrated. TOUS MANIFESTO is a declaration of intent that sets out the coordinates of the Spanish jewelry brand: a new monogram, reflecting the creativity and irreverence that have always guided its history.
New icons. New connections. New beginnings. And an eternal return of memories and images, amulets and sensations. To present its new collection, TOUS MANIFESTO, the Spanish jewellery brand chose a different way of communicating - as it has done in recent months. Instead of just launching an advertising campaign full of likeable photos - which, curiously, it has also done - it decided to "write" a manifesto. It is he who introduces us to a new monogram, born from the classic clasp of the pieces (bracelets, strings, necklaces). In this innovative design project, the T and the O, which have always been present in the house's imagery, are finally united in the form of a zipper worked in the same typography as its logo. More than just a change of look, this aesthetic skill is a reflection of something much bigger. "When we pay attention to detail, we can discover surprising connections”, says TOUS. The new symbol is now the theme of TOUS MANIFESTO, a genderless collection whose jewelry can be mixed and matched to create a thousand and one combinations. And thus unite the people who wear them - or gift them - in an infinite line of empathy and communion that only ends when everyone signs this manifesto.
With the festive season upon us, it won't be difficult to spread the word about TOUS. The rigid and original lines that make up TOUS MANIFESTO are impossible to ignore when making the "must-have Christmas list": for mom, a wonderful silver and pearl necklace, for our best friend, some gold earrings, for our boyfriend, a silver chain, all TOUS MANIFESTO. The idea of sharing is, in fact, the basis of this launch: genderless doesn't just mean "without gender", it also represents the idea of sharing, of shared use; when you give a piece of jewelry this status, you take away the weight of centuries of oppression and elevate its beauty to the category of things that never die. After all, rings never had a gender, it was we who gave them one... With TOUS MANIFESTO, the Spanish brand intends to take another step towards establishing itself as one of today's most avant-garde names, recognizing the importance of its legacy but pointing to a future that is just around the corner, and where emotions will be (even) more important than in the present. Because jewels are much more than decorative objects, they are a reflection of what we feel, what we are and what we want to be. They are, in essence, our manifesto.
