“My body is my temple”, the cliché that puts the body in the epicenter of our religion, taking it away from us and giving it to god, as a temple of the holy spirit.

From Christianity to Buddism, this catchphrase popularized itself and became a mantra of wellness. The three basic Buddhist principles for the path to wisdom boil down to Buda, the standard to follow, Dharma, the teachings of Buddism; and, finally, Sangha, the community that keeps us focused on the path to light. This holy trinity emerges in this editorial as a panoply of precious jewel tones, in a setting that places the temple as a backdrop and the body as its main protagonist.
