Energy is the noun, energetic the adjective. But just because they belong to the same family of words doesn't mean that the two always have to go hand in hand: sometimes good energy is eclectic and psychedelic; sometimes good energy means the relaxed vibe of a serene day. Energy, in fact, is what we make of it to guarantee a day well spent: whether surrounded by balloons, painted from head to toe, wearing our best outfits. On a date or going solo, having a party calls for nothing more than a well-placed flow of energy. Whatever that may be.
