Over the top 

A little (and just a little) over the top. That is how we describe makeup lines for the cold season ahead. For Fall/Winter 2022, plump lips stood our from Victor Glemaud and Zuhair Murad Couture’s Beauty looks, something that can be achieved with a good lip pincel or, if you’re bold, a plumping lip balm. 

My winks don’t lie 

Blink twice and we’ll rescue you from a world of boring Beauty trens. Color and more color: that is how we’ll fight against the grey skies of the next months. This time, Viktor & Rolf Couture and Yuhan Wang chose to place this color in an unexpected place, in the eyelashes. 

The girl with the smokey eye 

There is something mysterious about a black smokey eye that we all want to unravel - and by all we also mean big names of the Beauty industry. Versace, Bora Aksu and Schiaparelli Couture are just a few examples of the big number of Fall/Winter 2022 shows where this technique was applied. It’s time to get our brushes dirty with the darkest shade of our eyeshadow palette.
